By accessing or using the Catgo website and AI assistant service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Catgo. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Catgo provides an AI-powered conversational assistant that allows users to ask questions, receive information, and explore topics through natural language interactions. The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate responses based on user inputs. Catgo is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. The responses generated by the Service are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

The Service is available to the general public at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. Features and functionalities of the Service may change as we continue to develop and improve our offering.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or threatens or encourages harm to others. You shall not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or places excessive load on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these conduct guidelines.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Catgo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Catgo. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service through your questions and inputs.

You grant Catgo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving its quality. Responses generated by the Service may be used by you for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, provided that you do not misrepresent the source of the information or claim that AI-generated content is your own original work when such attribution would be misleading. Catgo does not claim ownership over the responses generated for you, but the underlying AI model and its training remain the property of Catgo and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Catgo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, any content obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Catgo's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Catgo in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Catgo has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Catgo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Catgo makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible with other software or systems, or operate error-free. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated responses.

You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You should independently verify any information obtained from the Service before relying on it for important decisions. Catgo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any reliance on the Service is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall Catgo be responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification clauses, and limitations of liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Because Catgo does not require account registration, you are not obligated to notify us when you discontinue use. However, if you wish to have any stored data deleted, you may contact us as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to delete inactive data in accordance with our data retention practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Catgo operates, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The language in these Terms shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements we might have had.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
